Hello friends, and sponsors, and happy, happy, happy October. I’m so very excited, for Octoberfest this year. With that being said, on your marks, get set, go - for Octoberfest 2025. For us here at The Shoes Saves Foundation Ministries, Octoberfest, is not a drinking holiday, but rather; a time to celebrate the community, and its good people. Finally, we would love for you to join us in our own version, of celebrating Octoberfest. To summarize Octoberfest has three points to follow:
•Keep a watch out for, or on, things in your own community - report anything odd, or out of place, to the local police, or authorities.
•Help neighbors, children, and the elderly in appropriate, and practical ways, in your own community - this means in all lawful, and legal ways, be a good citizen to your own community.
•Have a party, or celebration, filled with food, and fun, at the end of the month, to celebrate natures goodness, and your own wonderful contributions to your own community - just remember keep the party/celebration/fun, decent, appropriate, and within all
Godly, and legal confines.
Below, are all the details surrounding Octoberfest, at The Shoes Saves Foundation Ministries specifically. Happy Octoberfest 2025.
This Octoberfest 2025, we have a specific theme of: “The winner’s circle is for us.” Octoberfest celebrates community, and family, in every way. Let’s do our best this Octoberfest 2025, to keep our thoughts on what Octoberfest truly stands for, so remember; and don't forget, about Octoberfest 2025. Octoberfest is celebrated from 10/01/25 through 10/31/25. Since Octoberfest focuses on community, and has a specific theme this year of, "The winner’s circle is for us", we, The Shoes Saves Foundation Staff, Management, and Sponsors, want to encourage our neighbors, and community, to remember, to look out for the safety of all those around us in the community this October; and all year long. This means, watching out for the kids who walk by in the morning going to the bus stop, or helping an elderly neighbor cross the street. Remember, to watch out for all unoccupied houses during the Halloween/Angels Night season, as well. When we help each other; the community grows and flourishes. At the end of Octoberfest; we end the month with a celebration of nature’s goodness, while also celebrating the changes in the season, as fall has begun. Remember, our community focus of, "The winner’s circle is for us", and together, we can make a difference.
Don't forget; to keep us in prayer, at The Shoes Saves Foundation, as prayer does truly change things. Also, don't forget to send in your much needed donations, as so many depend on them; because our goal is to help as many as we can, while also continuing our building renovation project. Praise The Lord, our scripture reading for the month of September, comes from the book of Ezra, chapter 6, verses 16, which says: "Then the children of Israel, the priests and the Levites and the rest of the descendants of the captivity, celebrated the dedication of this a house of God with joy, in there own houses."
